It was a fantastic morning for me. Did the C25K W5D2 which consists of two 8minute runs. Surprisingly, I was able to get through and continued walking/jogging on the treadmill till I had done 69minutes. Woo hoo! Now that's what I call a great workout. I plan on going to the gym again tonight. I'm so full of energy and can't wait to burn some major calories (that is if I don't get tired by nightfall. lol!)
On the weight front I decided not to weigh in yesterday because I knew that after my birthday and Easter weekend I was bound to gain a pound or two. Will weigh in on Monday. Hope you are having a great week.
