C25K W6D1.

I did it! I completed Day 1 of the program. Can't wait to do Day 2 of Week 6. Oh my lord! Very soon I will be running for 30 minutes straight. (gasping) I can't even believe it folks.

Here's to day of kicking butt exercise-wise. :-)


  1. Aren't our bodies amazing at adapting? And I still huff & puff when I run :) Excellent work! One of the reasons I love running is that you see progress so fast!
