C25K W6D2.

I completed Day 2 of Week 6 this morning. It was a good workout. After completing the second 10 minute jog I felt so good that I actually jogged for an additional 7 minutes. :-)

So, Week 6, Day 3 get ready for Enyonam cos she is going to kick your butt!

  2. That IS awesome!! It takes so much will power to achieve the stamina to run/jog for that long. I hope you feel as amazing as I know *I'd* feel if I were in your running shoes.
