  3. Do at least one kind of exercise daily
  4. Do more strength training exercises
Diet
  1. Drink more water 
  2. Eat more fruits and vegetables 
  3. Eliminate fried foods as much as possible
  4. Drink more herbal teas and less processed drinks.
