Goal List for January - December 2018

  1. Reach 80kg by December 31st 2018
  1. Wear a UK size 14 by the end of the year 2018.
  1. Start exercising at least 4 times a week
  2. Run/jog for 30 minutes straight
  3. Do at least one kind of exercise daily
  4. Do more strength training exercises
  1. Drink more water 
  2. Eat more fruits and vegetables 
  3. Eliminate fried foods as much as possible
  4. Drink more herbal teas and less processed drinks. Yes, that includes diet coke.
  5. Avoid highly refined carbs (pastries, polished white rice, white bread etc.)
