- Reach 80kg by December 31st 2016
- Reach goal weight by December 2017
- Wear a UK size 14 by the end of the year 2017.
- Start exercising at least 4 times a week
- Run/jog for 30 minutes straight
- Do at least one kind of exercise daily
- Do more strength training exercises
- Drink more water
- Eat more fruits and vegetables
- Eliminate fried foods as much as possible
- Drink more herbal teas and less processed drinks. Yes, that includes diet coke.
- Avoid highly refined carbs (pastries, polished white rice, white bread etc.)
