So, yesterday evening I completed Week 5. Who knew that I would be jogging for a straight 20 minutes. Woohoo! This is definitely a Non Scale Victory.
On the weight side I weighed in at 202.4lbs yesterday. I exercised well last week but made a few wrong choices diet-wise. I plan on doing better this week.
SO, I plan on starting Week 6 either today or tomorrow. Wish me luck. :-)
Whoa, 20 minutes! That is awesome-sauce! Keep up the good work. You'll break that 200 barrier soon, I just know it. :)
