Weigh In - Week 5


Last week's weight - 205.4lbs

This week's weight - 203.8lbs

A loss of 1.6lbs this week. I'll take it! I'm so glad that my weight loss has been consistent. When the number on the scale changes in the right direction, I get the motivation I need to work harder towards my goal. Onederland feels soo close and I can't wait to get there. :-) My exercise routine is going to be tougher this week.

  3. Wow! Another loss is great!!! It sounds like you've been hitting the gym pretty hard. How are the 2-a-days going? I'm so excited for you to hit onederland. :)

    1. Not bad. I started on Friday so I'm gonna be doing a two a day tomorrow. i can't wait to hit onederland too. :-)
