Starting on a Good Note....

So, I woke up at 4:30am this morning determined to continue my exercise challenge for the year. I'm proud to say that I was able to do 60 minutes on the elliptical. Yayy!

Now, TOM has been very bad to me so I took a pineapple/yoghurt smoothie with a very spicy pastry :(. I know I shouldn't be taking pastry but I promised to burn that extra 300 calories tonight; through exercise or skipping dinner.

  1. 60 minutes on the elliptical??? My hero! Lol Most I've ever done is 20! I love how many calories it burns, though! I'm looking forward to working up on time as I go. Gosh, I hate early mornings. Kudos to you!
