Anytime the spirit of laziness comes knocking at my door, I just close my eyes and envision how I would look like if I get up and work out.

I also remember that there are people out there who believe I can do this. Heck! I know I can do this.

Maybe when I give Jillian a shot. After all... what do I stand to lose? A lot of weight, right?Enyonamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05928894578223325915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-91428847268455785.post-40296549488525551212010-10-27T18:11:13.637+01:002010-10-27T18:11:13.637+01:00I'm excited for you that you are loving the re...I'm excited for you that you are loving the results and the the perk of your Dad noticing too.
Oh, you gotta watch Jillian & Bob a few times before doing her shred program. She is tough BUT if you do exactly what she says, it won't kill you & you will see the results you want. If you aren't ready to have your butt kicked, don't get it.
If you are ready mentally to drop lbs, this program will work wonders for you.
However, you can't slack in anyway. Use those 30 days to discipline yourself;
1. If you have a calorie intake issue, get it under your control.
2. Gradually get yourself to drink enough water a day.
That discipline is what will help keep the lbs off when you reach your goal and reduce the intensity of your workout.

This is for you; You are doing well with your program right now. I'd suggest you stay on it and keep working harder each day.
Different bodies respond differently, but you might hit a hump (upper limit) at some point where your body would be used to your workout regimen. That would be a better time to switch to a different program and say "Aha. gotcha!" to your body.Ghana_Hall_of_Shamehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15631542486349684529noreply@blogger.com
