Allows me to eat as much protein...I LOVE low carb. Allows me to eat as much protein, and veggies (except potatoes) That I want, and a lot of fruit (minus bananas). Being active is key to a healthy lifestyle, just make sure you take rest days. Listen to your body. Sore does not mean good. It could mean injury. Important to keep in mind.
