Energy used varies directly with distance traveled (in this case the number of jumps) so the more jumps you do, in your set, the more effective your workout.
You are doing the right things. Working out twice a day will be good. Hard to get started but after a few weeks you will realize how much you enjoy the feeling when it is part of your routine. You have it in you. You can do twice a day.
MikeGhana_Hall_of_Shamehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15631542486349684529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-91428847268455785.post-58713826676548431162010-10-20T08:31:35.310+01:002010-10-20T08:31:35.310+01:001500 jumps sounds great...I must try skipping rope...1500 jumps sounds great...I must try skipping rope again...gosh it seems like so long since I did that....thanks for the reminder to pull out a school time favourite...hugs KhrisKhrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07318399656260019333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-91428847268455785.post-4223980885747482432010-10-20T03:05:10.078+01:002010-10-20T03:05:10.078+01:00TAAAAAWWIIIICE??
